This should not really ever happen. Maybe you hit the purchase button repeatedly or some other rare error occurred. Whatever the case, if you see that you were billed twice for the same purchase, please gather as much information as you can and contact our customer support agents. We can easily refund the duplicate transaction and keep your membership active.
You may need to give us information such as:
- Payment type
- Payment date(s)
- Transaction ID or payment number of recent payments.
- We may ask you for a screenshot proof of your transaction.
